The Garage Biennale - 2006
The vision of the Garage Biennale is to inspire artistic conceptualism and foster a progressive aesthetic in a non-commercial atmosphere. For 6 months, beginning on March 25th, the Garage acts as a receptacle of hopes, dreams, and ephemera from each new pavilion. With each final Saturday, the Garage will close on the current show, simultaneously it will open on a new one creating a process of renewal and revival. The Garage Biennale is a dislocation of time rather than space, of process over product and of appreciation over consumption.
